Suspected Child Trafficking Allegations Surface in Vandeikya, Benue State

Fresh allegations of suspected child trafficking have emerged in Vandeikya Local Government Area of Benue State, raising concerns among residents over the safety of teenage boys in the area.

According to a report posted on Thursday, April 30, 2026, by the Facebook page BENUE info-pedia, circulating reports within Vandeikya claim that teenage boys may have fallen victim to a suspected trafficking network operating in the locality. The page noted that authorities are yet to officially confirm the claims.

The post, which included a short video clip of a young boy, urged readers to check the comment section for the full story. It has added to growing worries about human trafficking in parts of Benue State, where cases involving both girls and boys have been reported in recent times.
