APC North Central Congratulates Governor Alia on INEC Validation of 2027 Gubernatorial Nomination

The Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) North Central Nigeria, Ajoma Success Ode, has congratulated Governor Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia and his deputy, Dr. Sam Ode, on the validation of their nomination by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as the APC gubernatorial candidates for the 2027 Benue State governorship election.

In a statement dated 28th July 2026, Ode described the milestone as significant and reassuring, noting that it affirms the process has been duly concluded and sets the stage for further developmental strides across the state. He said Governor Alia’s leadership continues to inspire hope among Benue people through commitment to service, peace, infrastructural renewal, and people-centred governance.

Ode expressed belief that the validation strengthens the confidence of party faithful and well-meaning citizens who desire continuity, stability, and sustained progress. Looking ahead to the 2027 general election, he encouraged members of the party to remain united, focused, and committed to the ideals that bind them together, stressing that elections are won not only through popular support but also through unity of purpose, discipline, and collective sacrifice.
