Hon. Iveren Ukula Pledges People-Centred Lawmaking for Benue North-West in 2027 Senatorial Bid

In a recent live interview with BenueInfo-pedia, Hon. Iveren Ukula, an aspirant for the Benue North-West Senatorial seat under the platform of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), declared her commitment to ushering in a new era of people-centred legislation if elected in the 2027 general elections.

Ukula, who is also known in some circles as Queen Amina, emphasized that her political ambition is deeply rooted in people-first governance. She stressed that true and effective representation in the National Assembly must be guided by the actual needs, concerns, and voices of constituents rather than top-down approaches.

During the interview, the senatorial hopeful reassured residents of Benue North-West Senatorial District that her legislative priorities would revolve around active listening, robust advocacy, and tangible grassroots development initiatives. “Come 2027, it will be a new era of legislation that puts the people first, listening to your voices, defending your interests, and working for real development at the grassroots,” Ukula stated.

She highlighted her ongoing campaign efforts, which have involved extensive engagement with various stakeholders across the district. Ukula expressed strong confidence that collaborative leadership combined with effective lawmaking would significantly strengthen representation for Benue North-West. She believes this approach would ultimately drive sustainable development and bring meaningful progress to the zone, also referred to as Zone B in Benue State politics.
