Arsenal fans in Benue State took to the streets of Makurdi on Sunday in a colourful trophy parade to celebrate their team’s Premier League success.
The vibrant procession, which drew large crowds of passionate Gunners supporters, saw fans dressed in Arsenal jerseys parading a replica of the Premier League trophy through the city. The event, which took place at OD Woods, was described as a capacity-filled celebration filled with excitement and joy.
Supporters waved flags, took selfies, and chanted in honour of the club, declaring themselves “Gunners for Life” and “Champions.”
The parade highlighted the strong fan base Arsenal enjoys in Benue State and the deep passion for English Premier League football in the region.
