Okada Rider Caught with Knife Tied to Motorcycle at BSU First Gate in Makurdi

A commercial motorcycle rider, commonly known as an okada rider, was caught with a knife tied to his motorcycle at the first gate of Benue State University (BSU) in Makurdi.

The incident was reported by Zeye’Orkwande Suhnen Yaaya on social media, who noted that the rider’s intentions remained unclear, stating, “Maybe he’s using it to protect himself or use against customers.” The discovery has raised safety concerns among commuters and residents, particularly at a location frequently used by students and members of the public.
