Benue Contractor Links Project Delay to Heavy Rainfall

Bauhaus Global Investment Ltd., the contractor responsible for constructing two underpasses in Gboko and Makurdi local government areas, along with 21 other roads, has attributed delays in the completion of these projects to heavy rainfall experienced across the state. The announcement was made as the rainy season begins to subside, offering hope for resumed progress.

The company’s project manager, Chabel Al Ahmad, shared the update with newsmen in Makurdi, the state capital. He noted that with the rains receding, construction efforts will now focus on building more roads to meet the project timelines. “Now that the rains are receding, more roads would be constructed,” Ahmad stated, signaling a renewed push forward.
