Public Warning Issued Over Alleged Business Scam Involving Former Makurdi Tailor, Aondokaa Yaji

A concerned resident has issued a public alert regarding Mr. Aondokaa Yaji, a former tailor in Makurdi, Benue State, over an unresolved business transaction. According to the warning posted on social media by Tsar U Jechira, the individual allegedly collected materials worth ₦280,000 and a deposit of ₦50,000 in April 2026 for sewing clothes, with an agreement to deliver within two weeks.

The complainant stated that despite several calls and messages, Mr. Yaji has neither delivered the clothes nor returned the materials and deposit. Reports indicate that other people in Makurdi are also searching for him, and he is believed to have relocated to Abuja, where he is no longer responding to communications.
