The Special Adviser to the Benue State Governor on International Investment and APC Pointman for Buruku Local Government, Hon. Sir Addingingi Alex, has embarked on a comprehensive tour of all four development areas in Buruku Local Government.
The visitation, which commenced yesterday, is focused on mobilizing members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to actively participate in the ongoing party e-registration exercise and to reaffirm their unwavering support for His Excellency, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, the Executive Governor of Benue State.
During the initial phase of the tour, Sir Alex visited the Mbatie and Mbalagh Development Areas. At both locations, he urged APC members to turn out in large numbers and complete their e-registration without delay. He stressed that the e-registration remains the only officially recognized method for confirming and updating membership in the ruling APC.
Sir Alex further charged party faithful to stay steadfast, prayerful, and committed, encouraging them to continually intercede for Governor Alia as he sustains his good works and people-oriented governance across the state.
The tour continues today with scheduled stops at the Abwa and Tyowayanye Development Areas, where similar mobilization efforts are expected to take place.
The initiative is seen as part of broader preparations by APC leaders in Buruku to strengthen the party’s grassroots structure, ensure full participation in the current membership verification process, and consolidate support ahead of future political engagements. Sir Alex’s direct engagement with party members in the various development areas underscores the importance attached to active involvement and unity within the APC at the local level.
