The much-anticipated N198 billion Oweto-Otukpo road project in Benue State has stalled as the contractor is yet to mobilise equipment and personnel to the site.

The project, considered one of the critical road contracts in the state, has remained inactive despite its strategic importance for connectivity and economic activities in the region.

According to Danladi, the delay in mobilisation has continued to affect progress on this key infrastructure development.
