Mr. Ojeka Ikpe, father of Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate Keivo, has released an open apology to fans and supporters following his son’s departure from the show.
In a statement shared widely on social media, Ikpe expressed regret over the manner in which Keivo left the house. Speaking on behalf of his immediate family and particularly his son, he apologised for the way the exit unfolded after more than nine weeks in the competition.
Ikpe acknowledged the strong support, votes and prayers that kept Keivo in the house for so long, noting that the collective effort ended abruptly. He admitted to feeling deeply pained and disappointed by the outcome but gave thanks to God, whom he said knows the end from the beginning.
He further apologised to anyone who felt their confidence and sacrifices had been let down, stressing that the family does not take the love, votes, prayers and encouragement for granted. The experience, he said, had taught both him and Keivo valuable lessons, and they remain grateful for every moment of the journey.
Ikpe closed by thanking supporters for the immense love shown to him and his son, praying that God would bless them and their families, reward their kindness and continue to guide and protect everyone. The message was signed with sincere gratitude and appreciation.
