Passengers traveling from Lagos to Gboko aboard a Flight Transport Limited bus (registration number BKB 412 XA, Company No. 362) have been left stranded following multiple breakdowns and alleged poor handling by the company’s driver. The journey, which began yesterday from Ajah Park in Lagos, has turned into a nightmare for families and children on board.

According to a widely circulated appeal on social media dated December 29, 2025, the bus experienced its first breakdown earlier in the trip. The second and more serious incident occurred in Benin, where the driver reportedly stepped out for several hours, failed to answer calls, and later returned without any solution—only to respond with insults when questioned by frustrated customers.

In a further escalation, the driver allegedly instructed passengers to offload their luggage and seek alternative transportation on their own, refusing to offer refunds or assistance. The post describes the situation as unacceptable, emphasizing that customer satisfaction should be prioritized rather than discouraged.

The distressed caller has urged the public to help tag the manager of Flight Transport Limited, Ajah branch, as well as the CEO/MD of the company based in Gboko, to draw immediate attention to the matter. Customer service lines have also reportedly been unresponsive.

Families with young children are said to be stuck in the middle of nowhere, highlighting the urgency of the situation during this busy end-of-year travel period when many are returning home for the holidays.
