A wave of fear has swept through the Shabu area of Lafia, the capital of Nasarawa State, following the abduction of Dr. Michael Anazodo, a medical doctor with the Federal University Teaching Hospital (FUTH), Lafia. The incident occurred at Dr. Anazodo’s residence on Saturday, September 27, 2025, around 10:45 p.m., according to a colleague.
