The Benue State Government has announced that applications are now open for the iDICE Skills-to-Jobs Programme, a free digital skills training initiative aimed at equipping young people with practical, in-demand skills and connecting them to employment opportunities. Young people living in Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) are eligible to apply.
