Dr. Jeffrey Kuraun has strongly rejected the outcome of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary election in Benue State, which was declared in favour of Governor Hyacinth Alia.

In a bold statement, Kuraun alleged widespread irregularities and diversion of election materials during the primary exercise. He challenged anyone claiming victory to provide concrete evidence of actual voting that took place across the 276 wards in the state.
