Owners of a blue Toyota Corolla have raised the alarm following the theft of their vehicle in Makurdi, the capital of Benue State, prompting a public appeal for information that could lead to its recovery.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at approximately 8:30 p.m. at Food Domain, situated along Old Otukpo Road. The stolen car is a 2003 model Toyota Corolla (Model X) bearing registration number MKD 188 DW.
According to the owners, the theft was discovered shortly after the vehicle had been parked at the location. They have since launched an urgent call to members of the public, urging anyone who sights the car or possesses relevant information to come forward immediately.
