Tinubu Polls 375,507 Votes to Win APC Presidential Primary in Benue State

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has recorded a landslide victory in the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary election in Benue State, polling a total of 375,507 votes.

The result was announced at the APC state collation centre in Makurdi by Governor Hyacinth Alia, who confirmed that Tinubu won overwhelmingly across all 23 local government areas of the state. His only opponent, Stanley Osifo, scored 779 votes.

Governor Alia described the primary exercise as peaceful and in line with the party’s guidelines, formally declaring President Tinubu as the winner in Benue State.

The massive margin underscores Tinubu’s strong support within the Benue APC structure ahead of the 2027 general elections.
