Hon. Aber Terseer, a retired Assistant Comptroller General (ACG) of the Nigerian Customs Service, has emerged as the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Benue North West Senatorial District after a decisive victory in the party’s primary election.
According to reports, Terseer defeated the incumbent Senator Titus Zam and other aspirants by a wide margin, polling over 90,000 votes in what was described as a keenly contested but peaceful exercise.
In his acceptance speech, the newly elected APC senatorial candidate thanked delegates for the confidence reposed in him and pledged to provide effective representation, promote youth empowerment, and drive improved development across the district ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The victory positions Hon. Aber Terseer as the party’s flag bearer for the Benue North West Senatorial seat in the forthcoming elections.
