Benue Deputy Governor Inspects Ongoing Construction of BIPC Eco-City Estate in Makurdi

The Managing Director of the Benue Investment and Property Company (BIPC), Dr. Raymond Asemakaha Jr., on Wednesday led the Benue State Deputy Governor, Dr. Sam Ode, on an inspection tour of the ongoing construction of the BIPC Eco-City Estate in Makurdi, the state capital.

The high-profile visit was aimed at assessing the progress of work on the ambitious housing project, which is expected to provide modern and eco-friendly residential accommodation in the state.

During the tour, Dr. Sam Ode and his entourage were taken round the massive construction site, where they inspected various structures at different stages of development. The Deputy Governor was accompanied by top officials of BIPC and other government functionaries.

Photos from the inspection show the Deputy Governor and members of his team walking through the site, observing blocks of buildings under construction, with scaffolding, concrete structures, and construction workers visibly on site.

The BIPC Eco-City Estate is one of the flagship projects of the Benue State Government aimed at addressing the housing deficit in Makurdi and promoting planned urban development with sustainable features.
