In a remarkable celebration of leadership and dedication, Dr. Livinus Tsar has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Leadership and Governance by the American University of Peace and Governance, in collaboration with the United International Peace and Governance Council (UNIPGC). The prestigious award was conferred during the spectacular 3rd Edition of the Global Leadership Investment Summit and Peace Award, held at the illustrious House of Lords in the British Parliament, London, UK.
