Tension Rises in Benue as Fulani Man Issues Strong Warning Over Killing of Miyetti Allah Leader

A video statement by a Fulani man has ignited fresh tensions in Benue State following the killing of Alhaji Ardo Risku Muhammad, described as a prominent Fulani leader and President of Miyetti Allah.

In the widely circulated video, the man expressed deep anger over the incident, portraying the late Ardo Risku Muhammad as an extremely important figure within the Fulani community. He reportedly compared the deceased to President Ahmed Tinubu and his entire cabinet, stating that to the Fulani communities, it would be better to kill the President, his ministers, National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu, Minister of Defence Christopher Musa, and many others than to kill a person of such stature.
