Hyacinth Dajoh Withdraws From APC Primary Over Alleged Irregularities in Gboko West

Former Benue State House of Assembly Speaker, Hyacinth Dajoh, has withdrawn from the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election for the Gboko West State Constituency, citing serious irregularities and a lack of transparency in the process.

In a statement that has stirred reactions across Benue political circles, Dajoh alleged that result sheets were already filled out in some areas before voting even commenced. He also claimed that election materials failed to reach several polling centres, even as winners were reportedly announced in those locations.
