Residents of Sai in Katsina-Ala Local Government Area of Benue State are living in fear as armed Fulani attackers reportedly unleash terror on the community, with ongoing killings raising serious security concerns.
According to a social media post by Tivta Samuel Aondohemba, the attackers are said to be slaughtering people like animals, leaving the community under siege. The appeal for prayers highlights the desperate situation faced by locals amid the persistent violence.
The post also drew attention to the need for urgent government intervention, noting that while Governor Hyacinth Alia continues to focus on political matters, the people who voted for him are currently under siege.
A photo shared alongside the report shows parts of the Sai community, including an area near the NKST Hospital Sai. The situation in Katsina-Ala LGA adds to the broader security challenges being experienced across several parts of Benue State in recent times.
