It is with deep sorrow that the passing of Hon. Arubi John Okute, popularly known as John Bosco, has been announced. He served as the Councillor representing the people of Adokpa Council Ward in Uwokwu, Oju Local Government Area of Benue State.
Until his untimely death, Hon. Okute held the position of Oju LGA Council Committee Chairman on Education, where he made meaningful contributions to the development of education in the local government.
His death has left a void in the community he served with dedication.
