Massive Solidarity Trek Held in Benue in Honour of President Tinubu and Governor Alia

A large crowd of supporters on Tuesday took to the streets in parts of Benue State in a solidarity trek honouring President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia.

The procession, which featured placards, banners, and chants praising the leadership of both men, was organised in recognition of their commitment to good governance, peace, unity, security, and sustainable development for the people of Nigeria and Benue State.

Participants, many dressed in branded attire and carrying portraits of the President and the Governor, marched through major routes as vehicles and motorcyclists joined the procession. Some banners read messages such as “Alia Till 2031” and “Alia or Nothing,” reflecting strong grassroots support for the governor’s continued leadership.

The event is one of several activities organised to demonstrate loyalty to the APC-led administration at both federal and state levels amid ongoing political developments in Benue.
