The Executive Chairman of Makurdi Local Government Council, Hon. Joseph Keffi, has completed and collected his Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree result in Criminology and Security Studies from the Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA), under the Department of Sociology. The academic milestone was achieved on Monday, August 10, 2026.
This achievement marks another significant step in the life and leadership journey of the Executive Chairman. The knowledge and expertise acquired through the programme are expected to further strengthen his leadership capacity, enhance his understanding of security and societal challenges, and contribute to more effective governance and public service.
Hon. Keffi’s commitment to continuous learning and personal development reflects his determination to improve his capacity to serve the people and prepare himself for greater responsibilities and leadership opportunities in the future. He was accompanied by his friend, Hon. Dr. Amasekaven Dom Ikyobo, whose support, encouragement and assistance contributed significantly to the successful completion of the programme.
