Lobi Stars Football Club’s head coach, Abubakar Bala, has emphasized the importance of a well-defined philosophy as the team prepares for the new season. During a closed lecture session at McCarthy Stadium, Makurdi, Coach Bala reminded players that a clear plan serves as a guiding principle toward achieving their goals.
Bala highlighted the significance of teamwork, noting that each segment of the pitch—defense, midfield, and attack—plays a crucial role in achieving success. He also discussed tactics such as high pressing and mid pressing, aiming to position Lobi Stars as the best attacking, midfield, and defending team by the end of the season.
Chief coach Benedict Atule encouraged the players to embrace their responsibilities, assuring them that the technical crew will continue to work together to provide the best training. Team captain Solomon Kwambe expressed appreciation for the technical crew’s professional guidance, pledging to adhere to their working ethics.
Following the lecture, the team engaged in a lively training session, practicing drills and honing their skills, setting a positive tone for the season ahead.
