In a heartwarming development, a group of youths from Benue State, Nigeria, have embarked on a transformative journey. These young individuals, hailing from very poor backgrounds and many from IDP camps within the state, departed yesterday for Belarus, Europe, as part of a fully sponsored five-year empowerment program. The initiative is a generous effort by the Executive Governor of Benue State, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia.
The program aims to provide these youths with opportunities for skill development, education, and personal growth, marking a significant step toward breaking the cycle of poverty.
