Dr. Mathias Byuan Joins 2027 Benue Governorship Race on Labour Party Platform

Former Executive Director of Housing, Finance and Accounts at the Federal Housing Authority, Abuja, Dr. Mathias Byuan, has formally joined the 2027 Benue State governorship race.

Dr. Byuan picked up the Labour Party (LP) Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms on Thursday, signaling his intention to contest for the party’s ticket in the next governorship election.

The development was announced via the verified social media platform of Ọr Turan, with photographs showing Dr. Byuan receiving the forms from Labour Party officials. Group photographs also captured him in the company of party leaders and supporters.
