Fresh price movements have been recorded at Aliade Market in Gwer Local Government Area of Benue State, with traders listing updated prices for major food items and farm tools during trading activities on Friday, March 27, 2026.

Market data shows groundnut selling between ₦70,000 and ₦75,000 per 50kg sack, while red and black maize is priced at ₦42,000 per sack. White beans (green line) go for ₦50,000 per bagco, and soya beans sell at ₦80,000 per sack.

Guinea corn trades at ₦45,000, rice paddy ₦42,000, while garri sells for ₦30,000 per bag. Cassava flour costs ₦10,000, and yam flour ₦25,000. Egusi sells for ₦130,000 per sack, while cashew nuts cost ₦140,000 per bag.

Fruits and tools also recorded notable prices. A bag of oranges sells for ₦5,000, akpu ₦2,500, while five Peter mangoes cost ₦1,000. Big hoes sell for ₦7,000, small hoes between ₦1,000 and ₦2,000, and cutlasses range from ₦3,000 to ₦5,000.
