Benue Social Media Leader Lifts Suspension on Haakyav Tombu Peter, Insists on Public Apology Over Alleged Threats

Comrade Asortar James Asortar, Leader and Landlord of Benue Social Media, has lifted the suspension previously placed on the online activities of Haakyav Tombu Peter.

In a public notice, Asortar stated that the decision followed an appeal by Tombu Peter regarding his online conduct and the intervention of some respected leaders. He noted that Tombu Peter is now free to continue promoting Governor Alia.

However, Asortar maintained that his position remains unchanged regarding allegations that Tombu Peter made threats against his life. He warned that failure to issue a public apology would lead to legal action, stressing that he would not accept a private or offline apology. Any apology, he insisted, must be made publicly in the same manner the alleged statements were made.
