Members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) State House of Assembly Primary Election Committee have arrived at the party’s State Secretariat in Makurdi and are currently seated ahead of the commencement of the distribution of election materials to Local Government Returning Officers.
The exercise is in preparation for the APC State House of Assembly primary elections scheduled to hold today, Wednesday, across the 32 State Constituencies in Benue State. Party officials, electoral committee members, and stakeholders were observed at the secretariat as final arrangements were being made for the smooth distribution of materials to various local government areas.
The primaries are expected to produce the party’s candidates for the forthcoming State House of Assembly elections in the state.
