Oju LG Chairman Commends Peaceful APC Primary, Congratulates Dr. Oboh Peter Egbodo

The Executive Chairman of Oju Local Government Area, Hon. Ominiyi Jackson Adah, has expressed satisfaction with the peaceful and orderly conduct of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election for the Oju/Obi Federal Constituency held on Saturday, May 16, 2026.

Hon. Ominiyi, who participated actively in the exercise at Idelle Council Ward, described the primary as transparent and successful, noting the large turnout of party members across various wards in Oju and Obi Local Government Areas. He attributed the peaceful atmosphere to the unity and commitment of APC members and stakeholders.

The Oju LG Chairman congratulated Dr. Oboh Peter Egbodo on his emergence as the winner of the primary, describing the victory as a collective triumph for the APC family. He expressed confidence in Dr. Egbodo’s ability to provide quality representation for the people of Oju/Obi if elected in the 2027 general elections.

Hon.
