Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, has delivered a significant boost to healthcare access by constructing a modern, well-equipped clinic on the premises of Zeva Premium Beer Factory. The facility is designed to provide essential medical services to factory workers and residents of the surrounding host community.

Announced on January 14, 2026, the initiative forms part of the administration’s broader strategy to strengthen primary healthcare delivery and prioritize workers’ welfare in key industrial zones across the state. Sources familiar with the project describe the clinic as befitting, adequately staffed, and fitted with necessary equipment to handle routine and basic emergency care.
