Fidei Polytechnic, Gboko, has once again demonstrated its deep commitment to community development by donating a Spiro motorcycle to a member of its host community as part of its ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts.
The generous gesture was officially presented on Monday, January 19, 2026, by the Co-Founder of the institution, Rt. Hon. Chief Mrs. Dorothy Mato, Pendatyo U Tiv, who acted on behalf of the Governing Council and Management of Fidei Polytechnic.
The beneficiary, Mr. Aondofa Alooo, a respected member of the host community, received the motorcycle in a formal handover ceremony witnessed by traditional and community leaders. The presentation was carried out by Mr. Collins Nenge Ajih, representing the Co-Founder, and was received by the District Head of Mbatser Council, Chief Emmanuel Mwever, who then handed it over to Mr. Alooo. The event was also witnessed by the kindred head of Mbaese Zaki Terna Kave.
Expressing his deep appreciation, Mr. Alooo thanked the Co-Founder, the Governing Council, and the entire Management of Fidei Polytechnic for what he described as a thoughtful and highly impactful intervention. He pledged to make judicious and productive use of the motorcycle to support his livelihood and contribute positively to the community.
According to Mr. Alooo, the donation underscores the polytechnic’s unwavering dedication to the welfare and progress of its host community. He noted that the gesture further strengthens the cordial, long-standing, and mutually beneficial relationship between the institution and the people of the surrounding area.
This latest act of goodwill is part of Fidei Polytechnic’s broader CSR strategy, which continues to focus on empowering individuals, supporting community needs, and fostering sustainable development in its host environment.
