The Chief Judge of Benue State, Hon. Justice Maurice Ikpambese, has secured victory against the Benue State Government, the Benue State House of Assembly and the Attorney General of the State at the National Industrial Court sitting in Abuja.
All the reliefs claimed by Justice Ikpambese’s lawyer, Prof. Sebastine Hon, SAN, were granted by the court.
