His Excellency, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Iornem Alia, the Executive Governor of Benue State, welcomed Barr. Benedict Ater, Nigeria’s best graduating law student, at the Government House in Makurdi today. The recognition celebrates Ater’s exceptional achievement of earning first-class honors in both his undergraduate degree and Law School results.
