Bauhaus Global Investment Ltd., the contractor responsible for constructing two underpasses in Gboko and Makurdi local government areas, along with 21 other roads, has attributed delays in the completion of these projects to heavy rainfall experienced across the state. The announcement was made as the rainy season begins to subside, offering hope for resumed progress.
