In the emotional account, the brother described the victim as a “vibrant young man” simply trying to earn his daily bread in his home state, yet unable to move freely due to the pervasive threat of crime. He lamented the ongoing violence linked to motorcycle thefts, where “terrorists and bandits” and even “our own brothers” target individuals in the name of stealing bikes and other valuables. The post highlighted the deep frustration felt by many residents, noting that such “devilish acts” rob communities of peace and safety.
