In a significant move to prioritize youth affairs, Tiza Isaac Imojime Orya, accompanied by the Principal Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth and Media Mobilization and former Super Eagles wizkid Ogenyi Onazi, held a fruitful engagement with the Honourable Minister for Youth, Mr. Ayodele Olawande Wisdom, earlier today in Abuja.
The discussion centered on enhancing state-federal synergy to position Benue as a priority state in youth affairs. Key strategies explored included transforming the mindset of the state’s youths, promoting human capital development, and providing robust support to ensure the well-being of young people across Benue.
A highlight of the meeting was the focus on skills development through the “One Youth, Two Skills” initiative, which aligns seamlessly with the Youth Development Agenda of His Excellency, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia. This initiative aims to equip Benue’s youth with valuable skills to unlock their full potential.
