TY Danjuma Leads N5 Billion Fundraiser for 111-Year-Old Benue School

Retired Lieutenant General and former Chief of Army Staff, Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma, will lead efforts alongside other notable Nigerians to raise N5 billion for the rehabilitation of Government College Katsina-Ala in Benue State.

The historic institution, founded in 1915 and now 111 years old, has suffered years of infrastructural decay. The fundraising initiative seeks to restore the school and return it to its position as a centre of academic excellence.

The event is organised by the Katsina-Ala Old Boys Association (KAOBA) and is scheduled to hold on October 19 at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre in Abuja.
