The Executive Chairman of Ado Local Government Area, Hon. Engr. Sunny Oche, has commended the Deputy Governor of Benue State, Dr. Sam Ode, for his generosity following the donation of ₦1 million during a recent visit to the Igumale Cement Factory.
Oche described the deputy governor’s gesture as a demonstration of his commitment to supporting local communities and encouraging initiatives aimed at driving economic growth in Ado LGA. According to the council chairman, the donation reflects Dr. Ode’s compassionate leadership and willingness to identify with people and projects that have the potential to transform lives.
He noted that the deputy governor’s visit to the cement factory and his financial support would further inspire confidence in the ongoing efforts to revive the long-dormant industrial facility, which is expected to create jobs and stimulate economic activities in the area.
Oche expressed gratitude to the deputy governor on behalf of the people of Ado Local Government, praying for God’s continued guidance and strength as he discharges his responsibilities. He also reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to working with the Benue State Government and other stakeholders to ensure the successful revival of the Igumale Cement Factory and other development projects capable of improving the livelihoods of residents.
