The Benue State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has expressed deep condolences over the passing of Late Hon. Chief Joseph Iyorshe Orngudwem (Mngererem ma Gboko), who died at the age of 86.

In a statement signed by the State Publicity Secretary, Benedict Yawe, the party described the deceased as a distinguished elder whose life was defined by integrity, selfless service, wisdom, and commitment to the development of his community.
The APC noted that Chief Orngudwem’s exemplary leadership and enduring legacy will remain a source of inspiration to generations.
The party stands in solidarity with the bereaved family, particularly the APC Zone B Youth Leader, Hon. Mark Aondowase Iyorshe, and the people of Gboko Local Government Area during this difficult time.
They prayed for strength and comfort for the family and eternal rest for the soul of the departed.
