A family in Benue State has raised an alarm over the sudden disappearance of 17-year-old Asen Amos Aondosoo, a final-year student of St. James Junior Seminary, Yandev, who has been missing since January 15, 2026.

According to a public appeal shared by community elder D’nkaded Elder Sughnen Yaaya on social media, the teenager left his family home on that date to an unknown destination and has not returned or been heard from since. His father, Mr. Asen Ngutor Felix, described the situation as deeply distressing, noting that the family remains unaware of his whereabouts or the reason for his departure.

Asen Amos is described as a 17-year-old student in his final year at the minor seminary in Yandev, Gboko Local Government Area. The institution is known for preparing young boys for potential priesthood within the Catholic Church.
