In a heartfelt gesture, Hon. Emmanuel Terungwa Iorbee, PSA to the Governor on Protocol and wardrobe, has extended his deepest condolences to the family of Hon. Maurice Orwough following the unexpected demise of their beloved father, Mr. Thomas Orwough.
In his message, Hon.
