Akase Patrick Reported Missing En Route from Makurdi to Abuja

A man identified as Akase Patrick has been declared missing after leaving Makurdi for Abuja on Thursday, February 20, 2026, around 5:00 p.m.

According to a public alert posted by D’nkaked Elder Sughnen Yaaya on social media, Patrick departed Makurdi in a privately booked roadside car. He was travelling to spend the night with a colleague named Joshua in Abuja.

The last confirmed communication from Patrick occurred at approximately 5:45 p.m., when he informed Joshua via chat that he was approaching Lafia in Nasarawa State. There has been no further contact or update since that message.

The alert includes screenshots of the conversation and urges anyone with useful information to inbox the poster directly or report immediately to the nearest police station. The family and colleagues are appealing for widespread sharing to help locate Patrick and ensure his safe return.
