Senior Advocate of Nigeria and former Attorney-General of the Federation, Chief Michael Kaase Aondoakaa, has weighed in on the ongoing debate around ranching in the country.
Speaking during an appearance on Arise Television, Aondoakaa stated that government can create a bond and allow cattle rearers to handle the business as a private-sector initiative.
His comment adds to the broader national conversation on how best to manage livestock rearing, with emphasis on a model that places operational responsibility in the hands of private operators rather than direct government control.
