A legal practitioner, identified as S. T. Tyotom Esq., has issued a public statement addressing a series of social media posts and commentaries surrounding an alleged incident involving his brother, Haakyaa Tombo Peter (also known as Ordubu Deli). The statement, posted by D’naked, responds to claims of an incident where armed operatives allegedly led by Tyotom engaged in reckless and indiscriminate gunfire near the residence of Senator Dr. George Akume, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF).

Tyotom vehemently denies the allegations, urging self-appointed social media “security experts,” “legal analysts,” and “judges,” including D’naked Elder Zege Orkwande, to retract their posts. He argues that the continued circulation of such materials exposes him to danger and public ridicule while violating his right to fair hearing and personal dignity. He emphasizes his cordial relationship with his brother and distances himself from the narrative, which he believes has incited public outrage and reputational harm.

The legal practitioner calls for restraint and civility, asserting that the rule of law demands no citizen be condemned unheard. He advises against dragging the SGF into the matter, urging authorities to investigate dispassionately. Tyotom reaffirms his commitment to peace, integrity, and lawful conduct, trusting that reason will prevail.
