Tragedy struck the Anwule community in Oglewu, Ohimini Local Government Area of Benue State, as suspected herdsmen launched a deadly assault on villagers, leaving several feared dead and many others unaccounted for. According to reports from Daily Post Nigeria, the attackers targeted farmers who were working in their fields, striking with machetes and other dangerous weapons in a brutal and unprovoked attack.
