Yesterday, Friday, October 24, 2025, proved to be an eventful day for the Executive Governor. Following his attendance at the NEC meeting at the Villa on Thursday, October 23, 2025, Governor Alia held a fruitful meeting with the Rural Electrification Agency MD/CEO, Abba Aliyu, to discuss Benue’s quest for renewable energy and rural electrification needs. He also engaged in a tête-à-tête with the Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum, HE Hope Uzodimma of Imo State, and rounded off the day with the National Chairman of the APC, Prof. Nentawe G. Yilwatda, on Benue APC regular reports.
