A popular Benue-based content creator, Don Wagzy Mo’mennn, has claimed he was briefly detained by officers of the Nigeria Police Force after responding to an officer who asked whether he had money in life.

In a detailed narration shared on social media, Don Wagzy explained that the encounter began when a police officer reportedly asked him if he had money. He replied that he did not yet have money in life, adding that what he had achieved so far was popularity rather than wealth. According to him, the response angered the officer, who then ordered that he be taken back into a detention cell.

Don Wagzy alleged that he remained in custody for about an hour, during which his request to access his phone to make a call was denied. He claimed some other officers later intervened, advising him to apologize to the initial officer so he could regain his freedom. He eventually apologized and was released.
